About Shipping Fee

Shipping fee is calculated by the system according to the total weight of the order. It has a value for the first 500g, and additional value for each additional 500g. So if a item's weight is 100g, the shipping fee for 5pcs is just the same as that for only 1pcs. You can buy more items and save the shipping fee.

 

No special requirements, we will use the courier to send the goods. We usually use courier companies: DHL EXPRESS, UPS, FEDEX, TNT.

About Customs Taxes

To buy items from www.ecutrade.com, you must agree to pay all related taxes regarding to your order in your country!

About Payment

We gladly accept payment through PayPal for transaction amount less than 8000.00EUR. You can directly make payment with your international credit card such as MasterCard, Visa, etc. You can also select a suitable payment method in the "payment" page.

Replacement and Refund Policy

We are doing our best to ensure that all products listed in our website have good quality. We will help user to resolve any problems, through online email service or item replacement.

Unless otherwise notified, we offer one year's quality guarantee for all products sold in www.ecutrade.com. You can request replacement or money back during the valid quality guarantee period. The shipping fee will not be refunded.

Important: damaged merchandise is not defective merchandise. do not request return authorization for damaged merchandise. all shipments are fully insured. notify www.ecutrade.com immediately if damaged merchandise is discovered. we will follow-up with the claim against the shipper. delay in your notification could void your insurance. if shipping carton shows no damage and merchandise is found to be damaged, you must still notify us. please retain damaged merchandise until claim is settled.
